Terms and conditions: A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required. Full balance payment is due six weeks prior to your arrival. A £100 housekeeping/damages deposit may be required. Unfortunately, we will have to charge the full amount of your holiday if cancelled during the 6 weeks prior to your arrival date unless we are able to re-let the accommodation. We therefore strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance. Please note accommodation is restricted to numbers stated at the time of booking and to comply with Fire Safety we would ask that all persons occupying the apartment are named on the booking form. The apartments must be left in a clean & tidy condition and any damage paid for. The apartments are totally no smoking. Anyone smoking in the apartments will be asked to leave & a cleaning charge will be levied.
Arrival & departure: Guests are very welcome to arrive from 3pm. We politely ask that apartments are vacated by 10am.
Covid-19 cancellations: If guests cancel their holiday when there are no Government restrictions then no refunds or credits can be issued. If due to Government restrictions guests are unable to take their holiday any monies paid can be carried forward to a future visit.
Parking permits: Parking meters are in use along the Promenade. We have purchased 3 permits for guest use (1 per apartment). These are available, by request, free of charge. If requesting the use of a parking permit a £20 deposit is required. The deposit is refunded within 3 days of departure subject to the permit being left in the apartment and us having your bank details in order to action a BACS payment. If a permit is removed in error, we request that it be returned by a 'signed for' service at your expense. A partial refund of £15 will then be actioned upon its receipt.
